NEW BEGINNING

I love making plans, so here I go with my new plan to achieve the lifestyle that I am begging for.

  • Exercise:
  1. at least 30 min/day

  • EDX
  • integrity:
  1. don't criticize
  2. always do the right thing
  • clean
  1. environment
  2. body
  • self-control

And to start I will finally do the HCG diet, I know this diet works, I just have to do it right.
